How many Metabolism DEATH Foods do you ingest on a regular basis? They're so cheap and easy to get our hands on! It takes will power and self control to say no to the bad and yes to the good, doesn't it? Are you willing to replace the death foods with REVIVING ones? God gives us tasty, healthy, life-giving food as fuel. We want to honor God by putting good fuel in our bodies so that we can serve Him with energy, clarity, strength, and joy. If we become self-centered (putting our personal wants before God's desires for us) then we get off balance in many areas (including food intake!), and it's goes south pretty quick. Ha.
