Along with tabatas and plyometrics, we beast some core work (hello plank!) along with strength circuits, and lots of encouragement.

Basic PricingDuring regular #ConquerIt season, the pricing below is standard. The YMCA sets their own pricing, so boot camps/classes I teach there will be managed by them.
